Welcome to Vritii (vritii.com). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your purchase of products listed on it. By accessing or using vritii.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Vritii
Vritii is an online marketplace based in Mohali, Punjab, India, that showcases and sells products handcrafted by independent women artisans across India (“Vritii presents [Artisan Brand]”), alongside our in-house apparel line, Vritii Originals. Vritii is operated by Vritii Clothing LLP, based in Mohali, Chandigarh Tricity, Punjab, India.

- All prices listed on vritii.com are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Artisan products are listed at the price set by the respective artisan/brand (MRP).
- We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
- While we make every effort to display accurate colors and details, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings — this is especially true of handmade items, which carry natural variation.
4. Order Acceptance
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Vritii reserves the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS/WhatsApp once payment is verified.
5. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Vritii does not store your card, UPI, or banking details.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
6. Shipping & Returns
Shipping timelines and return/refund eligibility are governed by our [Shipping & Delivery Policy] and [Return & Refund Policy], which form part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on vritii.com — including but not limited to the Vritii name, logo, product photography, website design, and written content — is the property of Vritii or its respective artisan partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Post or transmit any harmful, misleading, or infringing content
- Misuse product images or content for commercial purposes without permission
9. Limitation of Liability
Vritii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question. Handmade products may carry natural variations, and such variation does not constitute a defect (see Return & Refund Policy).
